Revamped 'Maharaja' business class seats soon in Air India international flights
Upholstery and ambience upgrade will be part of the makeover. The makeover will be done on a section of Air India's first class and business class segments in Boeing 777 and 787 aircrafts.

New Delhi: State-owned carrier Air India will launch revised 'Maharaja' business class on its international flights soon, according to an IANS report. The all-new business class 'Maharaja' is said to be launched on June 22. Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Jayant Sinha said: "The airline would launch a revamped Maharaja business class." The 'Maharaja' class experience will include new 'Maharaja' business class seats, new uniforms for the crew and variety of cuisines, said a PTI report.
Upholstery and ambience upgrade will be part of the makeover. The makeover will be done on a section of Air India's first class and business class segments in Boeing 777 and 787 aircrafts. The current first class and business class seats on carrier's Boeing 777 and 787 aircraft fleet would be swapped for the 'Maharaja' class seats. These aircrafts operate both short and long haul international routes.
